What is KC SuperStar?
KC SuperStar is an ‘American Idol’ style event that awards a $5,000 Scholarship to the best high school aged singer in the Greater Kansas City area. Soloist singers from all backgrounds, representing the full spectrum of musical genres will comp with an additional $1000 donation to the winner's High School's Fine Arts Department.  Along with the grand prize,  the winner will gain great exposure to entertainment moguls and singing opportunities throughout the community.

Purpose:

Proceeds from KC SuperStar go to help the Jewish Community Center underwrite scholarships for children and families to participate in early childhood, camping and wellness programs.

Jewish Community Center:
